Cream Cheese Fudge4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate 8 ounces cream cheese 4 cups confectioners Cream Cheese Fudge3 ounces cream cheese 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Dash of salt 1/2 cup chopped pecans Cream the cheese until smooth; blend with sugar. Stir in melted chocolate and mix well. Add vanilla extract, salt and nuts. Press into a buttered 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Cream Cheese Fudge16 ounces cream cheese, softened 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate 1/2 cup sugar substitute (Splenda) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup chopped pecans In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into 8-inch square baking pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled. |
