Cranberry Chicken

1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 (8 ounce) bottle Catalina salad dressing
Chicken breasts, skinless and boneless

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place chicken breasts in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

Combine cranberry sauce and salad dressing. Pour over chicken breasts and bake for about 45 minutes.

Servings: 4

Cranberry Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 can whole cranberry sauce
2/3 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Place chicken breasts in crockpot.

Combine remaining ingredients; add to crockpot, coating chicken well. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

Serves 4 to 6.

Cranberry Chicken

Serves: 4

1 chicken, cut up
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 (8 ounce) bottle Russian Dressing
1 package onion soup mix

Put chicken into a crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over chicken. Cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours until chicken is well done.

Serve with white rice.

Cranberry Chicken

1 chicken, cut up (or your favorite parts)
3/4 cup chopped onions
1 cup fresh cranberries (washed and sorted)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons brown sugar

Remove skin from chicken. Place in the crockpot with onion, cranberries, salt, cinnamon, ginger, orange rind and orange juice. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.

Remove chicken from pot and separate meat from bone; set aside.

Melt butter in a skillet, add flour and cook into a roux. Stir into liquid in crockpot to thicken. Add chicken meat and brown sugar; stir to combine.

This is great served with rice!

Brown chicken breasts, then place in casserole dish. Mix cranberry sauce, dressing and soup mix; pour sauce over chicken breasts. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.

1 (4-pound) chicken, cut up
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 cup barbecue sauce

Brown chicken pieces in butter until well-browned. Put chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
